• Payment must be completed in advance before the ride begins.
• We accept electronic and card payments only.
• Do not board or exit the vehicle until it has come to a complete stop.
• Children under 10 years old must be accompanied by an adult.
• Infants must be held securely by an adult throughout the ride.
• Eating or drinking inside the vehicle is not permitted.
• Please avoid distracting the driver while the vehicle is in motion.
• Any damage caused to the vehicle may result in additional charges.
• Routes and stops are determined by mall regulations and operational safety.
• The company is not responsible for unattended personal belongings.
• Use of the service implies acceptance of these terms and conditions.
